The world's most comfortable safety helmet
The best protection means nothing if the worker doesn't want to wear the damn thing. So we designed the first hard hat that feels as comfortable as a baseball cap.
-

By using no hinges in our fit system, we eliminate every last bit of wobble and noise.
-
Lightweight
Hardknock Helmets™ are weight optimized by leading biomedical engineers.
-
All-Day Comfort
Designed to be so comfortable you won’t want to take it off — from the time you punch in, to the time you punch out.
-
Lower Dome
A 20% lower dome makes it feel more stable and reduces bumping and clipping.
What adjustability does a Hardknock Resolve helmet have?
The helmets have a ratcheting dial on the back to adjust the headband to the wearer’s head circumference. The rear fit system arms can also be adjusted up/down to fit the shape of the user’s head and improve the comfort and stability of the helmet. Once set, the fit system should retain its position and should not need to be adjusted each time.
What sizes do you offer your helmets?
Hardknock hard hats are one-size-fits-most, covering a head size range from 53cm to 63cm (6 5/8” - 7 7/8”). Make sure to adjust to your individual needs by using the ratcheting dial in the back and pulling out the rear connection arms of the headband.
